A historical rerun may terminate while its records remain available. Population continuity, record continuity, and licensing continuity are independent conditions.
The Relations view retains captured-channel language also present in SPECTRA’s multi-region anomaly sequence. The public network retains the recurrence without assigning an origin or a direction of transmission.
